Bio: My name is Angela Encerrado, I am a rising senior in the program of Environmental Science/Chemistry at the University of Texas at El Paso. During my time at UTEP I have been doing research in EDCs (Endocrine Disrupting Chemicals). During this summer, I will be interning with the NEWT program, working in Dr. Pedro Alvarez's reserach laboratory at Rice University, in Houston, Texas.
